Work is good. Life is great.

We’re a rapidly growing company, staffed with bright, energetic people who believe passionately in what they are doing. We thrive on the energy of city life, which is why all our offices are located at the centers of the greatest cities in the world. You will find challenging projects, aggressive schedules, rapid-fire, small-scale standing meetings designed to fix problems and ship apps.

You won’t find ping pong tables, foosball sets, and pile of video games scattered around our offices. You will find a stocked kitchen with free snacks, barista-bar quality coffee, and fresh fruit designed to keep you fit, focused, and well-fed. It’s all part of our not-so-secret plan to build a great work place, staffed by great people who work efficiently—with an emphasis on team-work, and getting things done. At the end of every single day, you should go home satisfied that what you’ve worked on matters. Sound good?

Built to Ship

We launch on an aggressive schedule. In three weeks, the code you write today will be making companies more profitable. We’re looking for people whose second language is Linux, who understand Python is not a snake and Java is not the first thing they reach for in the morning.

We believe keeping your skills sharp keeps us on the cutting edge, starting with an open account on Amazon so you can get the latest technical books you need. You’ll be expected to attend the latest conferences, and trade fairs. Today you might be sitting in the audience. Tomorrow you might be presenting on stage.

Work load? As much as you can handle. Yes, there might be a few late nights, but it won’t become a way of life. We believe in buzz, not boredom. We work at the center of an expanding industry, and plan on capturing a growing share of a growing market. We’ve doubled in size each year for the past two years. And we plan on doubling in size again. This is where you come in.

We’re outta here!

The best thing about working in San Francisco? Playing in San Francisco. Because playing in San Jose is not nearly as fun or unique. There, we said it.

From the independent galleries on Geary Street to the world class SFMOMA, there’s more culture in San Francisco than you can find in a Petri dish. San Francisco is foodie heaven, from the farmers’ market at the Ferry Building and its the artisan breads and cheese of Cowgirl Creamery, to taco trucks you can find with a GPS, gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches (not a contradiction in terms!) at nearby South Park, and the most Michelin stars you can find west of the Mississippi.

San Francisco is a hot bed of DIY culture – this is after all the place that invented Burning Man, the gentle anarchy of Critical Mass, and hackathons. Neighborhoods here pulse with life, from the skateboarders and joggers on the Embarcadero to the late night clubs, and bars that are bringing back the lost art of the cocktail. Golden Gate Park offers urban greenery, enormous free concerts, and surfing at Ocean Beach, while the wide-open spaces of the Marin Headlands are a bike ride away over the Golden Gate Bridge.

Perhaps best of all, on a warm fall night there’s nothing like walking to the ballpark to catch a Giant’s game. Speaking of games, we’re looking for members of our soccer team. If you know which end of the ball to kick, talk to us.
