Client Services Support Associate

Marin’s Client Services organization is responsible for “on-boarding’ of client prospects as well as ongoing customer support. Marin continues to build out its Client Services organization to support substantial customer growth. Our current needs are for individuals with technical skills and search marketing industry skills to be applied in on boarding and supporting Marin’s customers.

Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for providing high-level technical support for the Client Services team and clientele. This position heavily utilizes Excel, so knowledge of Excel formulas and the Macro language is mandatory. Additionally, we are looking for the following qualifications:
• Microsoft Word/PowerPoint
• Familiarity of website URLs, URL Encoding, and parameter passing
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
• Strong written and verbal communications skills

Additional Relevant Experience (Not Required but a Plus)
• Search Marketing (Running PPC Campaigns in Google, MSN, and Yahoo!)
• Website analytics tools
• Relational databases/SQL queries (MySQL)

Compensation:
Full-time salaried position with incentive performance component -- compensation dependent on prior experience. Position includes equity participation and comprehensive benefits (healthcare, vision and dental).

This is an onsite position at Marin’s headquarters in the Financial District in Downtown San Francisco.
