Marin Trial Terms of Use

Effective March 4, 2022

Thanks for using our products and services (the “Services”). The Services are provided by Marin Software Incorporated which is located at 149 New Montgomery Street, 4^th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105

(“Marin”). By using our Services, you (“You, or “Your”) are agreeing to these MarinTrial Terms of Use, including the Marin Software Subscription Services Terms of Use referenced below (collectively, the “Agreement”). By registering and obtaining access to the Services, You accept the Agreement on behalf of You or Your organization and agree to be bound by its provisions.

Your use of Marin Trial provides you the right to access and use the Services on a trial basis, subject to the Marin Software Subscription Terms of Use that are incorporated in this Agreement by reference and are available at https://www.marinsoftware.com/legal/terms-of-use (the “Marin Terms of Use”); provided, however, that:

(i) the term of Your subscription will be limited to a maximum of 30 days from the date that You accept the Agreement; and

(ii) Marin will not charge You any fees pursuant to Section 5 of the Marin Terms of Use for Your use of the Services during the trial period; provided, however, that You will be liable for any third party API costs in accordance with Section 5.2 of the Marin Terms of Use.

Except as otherwise specified above, Your use of the Services will be subject to the Marin Terms of Use.
