Marin Software Adds Twitter Executive and Former Performics CEO to Board of Directors
Author and digital marketing leader, Daina Middleton, to join Marin Software Board of Directors
San Francisco, CA – October 15, 2014 – Marin Software (NYSE:MRIN), provider of a leading cross-channel performance advertising cloud, today announced Daina Middleton, head of global business marketing at Twitter and former CEO of Performics, has joined the company’s Board of Directors.

Middleton is an expert in the digital marketing space with more than 20 years in the industry. She recently joined Twitter as the head of global business marketing where she oversees sales enablement. Prior to Twitter, Middleton was CEO of Performics, Publicis Groupe’s lead search and performance agency. Additionally, she spent two years as a senior vice president at Moxie and over 15 years within Hewlett-Packard’s marketing department.

She is a regular industry speaker with appearances at Conversational Marketing Summit, ad:tech, WOMMA, VideoNuze, and iMedia, etc. She was named as one of Mobile Marketer’s Mobile Women to Watch, and in 2013 received the Gold Stevie® Award in the Executive of the Year – Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations category.
