Marin Software to Host German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology Delegation

German entrepreneurs and government officials to visit with Marin Software as part of a tour of successful Bay Area technology companies

SAN FRANCISCO, CA May 16, 2013Marin Software, provider of a leading Revenue Acquisition Management platform for advertisers and agencies, today announced a delegation with the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology will meet with Marin executives as part of a tour of successful Bay Area technology companies. The delegation, comprised of German business executives, mostly from start-ups, is visiting the region to gain insights into building innovative, prosperous technology companies.

After assessing numerous San Francisco based technology companies, the Ministry selected Marin due to the company’s category leadership, rapid growth, and recent IPO. Delegates will meet with Marin on Monday, May 20. Co-founder and Chief Technical Officer, Joseph Chang, will discuss the rise of Marin and share lessons learned in building a cloud-based technology company.

“Building a global technology company from the ground up, particularly software-as-a-service capable of meeting the demands of enterprises, is a daunting task,” said Joseph Chang, co-founder and chief technical officer at Marin Software. “We’re excited to meet with fellow entrepreneurial technologists and share with them what we believe makes Marin Software successful.”

Hundreds of brands and agencies around the world leverage the Marin platform to measure, manage and optimize online advertising campaigns. Marin currently has 13 offices worldwide, including Germany, and is used to manage digital advertising campaigns in 160 countries and 25 currencies.
