Sharperimage.com has a large catalog of products and a very devoted fan base. They have to be relevant across all channels, but Google Shopping is where they see most of their customers flock. This also attracts more and more competition, and Sharperimage.com has to ensure that they can maneuver around their competition so that their customers can find them, and those looking for their great products can do the same. Solution
